    The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, will have exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable 

  26. Arbitration Location and Procedure: Arbitration shall be conducted your country unless otherwise agreed upon in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.

  27. Arbitrator’s Decision: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

  28. Time Limit for Resolving Disputes: You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
